The Clean Coders does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. • Number and type of links you click within the site
  • State or country from which you accessed the site
  • Date and time of your visit
  • Name of your internet service provider

Use of Cookies.

The Clean Coders may use "cookies" to personalize or enhance your user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. A cookie is uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. For example, if you personalize a web page, or navigate within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. Hence, this simplifies the process of delivering relevant content and eases site navigation by providing and saving your preferences and login information as well as providing personalized functionality.

The Clean Coders reserves the right to share site statistics with its business partners and affiliates, and may from time to time allow other companies to place cookies on the Site. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. If you reject cookies by changing your browser settings then be aware that this may disable some of the functionality on our website.

Use of Web Beacons or GIF Files.

The Site may contain electronic images known as web beacons—sometimes also called single-pixel gifs—that allow The Clean Coders to count users who have visited the Site and to deliver services. The Clean Coders may include web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

Some of these web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications. These web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer. This allows the service provider to recognize your computer each time you visit certain pages or emails and compile anonymous information in relation to those page views, which in turn enables us and our service providers to learn which advertisements and emails bring you to our website and how you use the site.

3. Disclosure of Your Personal Information

The Clean Coders may disclose your Personal Information to third parties without your consent in the following circumstances:

  1. To our affiliates, actual or potential business partners and with companies in order to fulfill any requests for services by you, or who we think can offer you services and products of interest to you, in our reasonable discretion. We may also disclose Personal Information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include, for example, database management and other technology services, hosting our web servers, analyzing data, managing and warehousing historical data, and providing legal, accounting or marketing services. Further, if you choose to purchase access to content or other items through features on the Site, we may forward your information to third parties for services such as credit card processing and order fulfillment. There are also times when you provide information about yourself to us in areas of the Site that may be managed or participated in by third parties. We may also provide your information to our advertisers, so that they can serve ads to you that meet your needs or match your interests. In each of the above cases, the information may be used by each such third party pursuant to its own policies, and The Clean Coders does not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of third parties.
  2. To the extent necessary or appropriate to government agencies, advisors, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (i) respond to a court order or request from a federal or state regulatory authority or to comply with any law or regulation requiring such disclosure; (ii) protect the rights or property of The Clean Coders; (iii) prevent or aid in the investigation of a crime or protect national security or (iv) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.
  3. In connection with an audit of our books and records, a merger, reorganization, dissolution, liquidation, or sale of some or all of our assets, stock or business.

While your Personal Information is protected as outlined above, we reserve the right to use, transfer, sell, and share aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group for any business purpose, such as analyzing usage trends and seeking compatible advertisers and partners.

4. Third Party Transactions

The Site may from time to time contain banners or links from advertisers, vendors or other third parties that redirect you to a third party website. Any transactions that occur between you and a third party are strictly between you and the third party and are not the responsibility of The Clean Coders. These third party websites have their own privacy policies. Since The Clean Coders does not have direct control over the policies or practices of these third parties, we assume no responsibility for the privacy policies of third parties whose websites are linked to the Site. We recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.
